Great personal service, owners went out of their way to enhance my stay. Excellent cooked breakfast in a cozy dining area. Clean, tidy rooms with just the right amount of furniture. Conveniently located near town center and Festival Place for dining and shopping. Friendly staff made for a delightful stay.

had awesome stay for a short business trip with accommodating staff and amazing location in a nice quiet residential area. location: the hotel was short walk to festival place with a wide selection of eateries and shops, restaurants and pubs and the centre of basingstoke.

Convenient Location and Clean Room

This place had everything we needed within walking distance, like the Willis Museum. the area was nice and quiet, making our stay peaceful. the room we booked was impressively clean! 🌟

Very close to where I needed to be. Handy for town. It wasnt a bad place to stay, the breakfast was good but I think it could be improved.

Not a hotel, this is a b&B. The floors are very squeaky and the walls thin so I could hear other guests tv & snoring. There appears to be an overwhelming desire to have a super strong full strength air freshener plugged in at every power point leading me to have dreadful headaches.

They offer a variety of breakfast options like croissants, toast, cereal, pastries, and fruit.

I got deceived by the ratings given for this hotel on Booked.net. This is a cheap b&b and charging double of what is it worth.

Quiet and close to town

That you served tinned tomatoes with my english breakfast and didnt make fried bread.

The hotel's location is stunning and exceptionally nice, very close to Basingstoke. Would stay here again, I liked the stay.

This is not a 4 star hotel. We have to call 4 a taxi. Very bad hotel.

I stayed at the Fernbank Hotel twice for a total of five nights. A pleasantly quiet hotel, very clean and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast again with very good service. Perfect for business travellers, walking distance to main train station, five minutes to shopping mall and pedestrian zone with bars and restaurants. Tip: pay cash and get 10% off your bill.
